As a marketing intern, you will be in charge of writing articles and blog posts. We need people who can work with WordPress, take great pictures, and are knowledgeable about SEO. It is a requirement that your level of English is high both spoken and written. Being able to speak Spanish is not a requirement but an advantage.

Rental Agent Assistant Intern
In our Rentals department, we are looking for organized and ambitious interns who are able to speak and write in both Spanish and English at a high level. This position involves working with international clients; being the intermediary between these clients and property owners. You will also have to work on other projects, such as flat finding. In addition, you will be in charge of your own schedule, so you need to be well-organized. Interns in this department will be paid on a commission basis. In this department, we have the positions of a rental agent and a listing agent.

Sales Agent Assistant Intern
In our Sales Department we are looking for confident, detail oriented and organized interns who are able to speak and write in both Spanish and English at a high level. In this position you will assist our Sales Agents in being the intermediate between the clients and the property owners, organizing visits to properties and collaborating with other companies and managers to find the best properties for our clients. Interns in this department will be paid on a commission basis.

As a listing agent intern, you will help us find new apartments for sale and rent. You will call owners and then go visit their apartment, take pictures and work with our real estate software. You will write descriptions in English and in Spanish. If you progress quickly, you will also have the chance to get a few clients of your own. You must have a high level of Spanish both written and spoken, and speaking French is not a requirement but is a bonus. You must be able to work for a minimum of three months.
Office Manager Assistant Intern
As an Office Manager Assistant, you will be in direct contact with our clients and owners. For this position, you must be focused, good at multitasking and have good management skills. You will also be in charge of your own schedule, so you need to be organized. You will speak Spanish every day and will need to have good communication skills. You will learn about all aspects of the company while working alongside the general managers and thus will have to have a clear understanding and structured overview of all the company’s general daily tasks. Additionally, as an Office Manager Assistant, you will do some flat finding too.
Fluent English and Spanish is necessary for this role.
