What is a Buyer Agent Contract?
A Buyer Agent Contract is a paid service contract. Once you have a Buyer Agent Contract, Casamona will guide you through the whole buying process and we will help you find a property that perfectly matches your preferences. When having a buyer agent, you will have your own personal team of real estate professionals guiding you. It makes the property finding and the buying process way easier for you.
Who is the Buyer Agent Contract for?
A Buyer Agent Contract is ideal for foreigners looking to buy or invest in a property in Spain. As mentioned before, this can be difficult as there are many agencies and owners that have different properties for sale.
Casamona can help you to find the ones that fit your needs and wishes so you do not have to do it by yourself. We have contact with over 300 different agencies and owners and have over 5,000 properties so having a buyer agent can save you a lot of time and work!
Many of our clients choose to get a Buyer Agent contract because it is often difficult to locate your desired properties, negotiate with multiple agencies and owners, as well as undertaking all the administrative steps of the buying process, without the help of a professional agent.
What does the Buyer Agent Contract include?
Casamona will be at your side, researching the market, ensuring that you will find the perfect property, and negotiating the price for you whilst you can avoid the language barrier.
Casamona will create a group chat with you, together with experienced real estate professionals, in order to provide multiple apartments that suit your requirements. This way, you can ask questions easily and get instant assistance from our experts. A summary of your preferred apartments will be created, along with all the information needed.
After this, Casamona will arrange (virtual) viewings so you can find out which apartments you prefer the most. Therefore, when you visit Barcelona in person, you only have to visit your favorite selected apartments. Furthermore, Casamona will help you to obtain a NIE number and set up a Spanish bank account (which are acquired when buying a property in Spain), in only a few days.
Casamona will advise you upon negotiating the price of the property you choose to buy. We will guide you throughout all the administrative steps such as signing the Arras Contract and hiring a notary for the Escritura when you finally get the ownership and keys of your new property. Besides that, we will follow up and ensure that all taxes get paid on time.
