What is a Service Contract?

A Service Contract is ideal for owners with busy schedules or those who live abroad, it can be difficult to find the time to make sure every little detail is arranged when renting out a property. At Casamona, we understand the importance of providing tenants with all the information and services they may need, but at the same time we recognise how overwhelming this can be when your hands are full.

Through our property management service, we will make sure that everything from apartment cleaning to renovation works are properly arranged. We coordinate and oversee the provision of different types of services, to ensure complete satisfaction when it comes to providing the perfect property for your tenants. Additionally, we provide okupa removal services to guarantee the security of your property.

What type of property services do we offer?

3 types of service contracts exist:

• A Standard Rental Service Contract - This would be a perfect fit if you want us to rent out your property
• A Premium Service Contract - Apart from renting out the property, we can arrange renovation and okupa removal services
• A Gold Service Contract - Includes all the services mentioned above plus all the accounting work
