Here we’re all bound to learn something new about the fantastic architecture that Barcelona has to offer. At this event you can discover Barcelona’s Architecture for free! Whether you’re an architecture buff or simply enjoy a bit of snooping. The 21st and 22nd October, more than 150 buildings across Barcelona will open their doors to the general public, giving us all an insight into the incredible history and beauty of the city. Since 1992, the 48H Open House has been putting on events across the world, from New York to Tel Aviv and Barcelona! Thousands participate every year in this event. It has shown that people´s interest in –and love for- architecture is growing, and with so many beautiful buildings, it’s no wonder that it has had such success in Barcelona.

The city’s buildings are diverse. Whether you’ve been living in the city for many years or a few weeks, you’re bound to find some hidden treasures during this event. With a variety of different styles on show: Gothic, Barock, Classical, Roman you will be amazed by each style. If you´re new to the city it´s also a fantastic way to get to know your way around.
