Barcelona dominates the Spanish Golden Visa market
People from non-EU countries are coming to Spain
People from Turkey, the Middle East and even Syria are flocking to Barcelona for a Golden Visa! That’s why Catalonia’s capital dominates the Spanish Golden Visa market.
As a leading Real Estate agency in Barcelona, Casamona has been noticing an increasing trend in property investment in return for a Golden Visa. In fact, three of our recent buyers, two of whom came from Turkey, have taken a step closer to earning Spanish residency permits by purchasing properties through our agency.
Casamona aims to assist more foreign clients upon coming to this beautiful city in the future. Given this situation as well as our thirteen-year experience in the real estate scene we know how to help you. Thus, we are now in need of apartments in Eixample for more than €500,000!
What is a Golden Visa?
Through the Golden Visa program, non-EU nationals can earn residency permits and possibly citizenship in Spain by investing €500,000 or more in real estate. Since its introduction in 2013, the scheme has proven to be extremely well-received. Especially after the government extended the benefits to include investors’ family members in 2015.
